Defective Goods:
If you believe you've received a defective product, please email us at returns@bleep.se within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the defect.
Return shipping costs for defective items will be the responsibility of the customer. It's essential to send all returned items via registered and tracked mail. We advise this to ensure the item arrives safely and in the condition you received it. If the returned item is confirmed to be defective upon our inspection, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item and the original delivery charges.
Please be aware that if goods are returned without the appropriate tracking and suffer loss or damage, customers might be held liable.
Refunds:
Once we've confirmed the defect in the returned item, your refund will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we confirm the defect to you. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it might take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
f you desire to exchange an item, please ensure that the product is returned in its original, unopened condition. As the customer, you will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with the return. For your peace of mind and the security of the transaction, we strongly advise utilizing a tracked shipping method. Please note that our company cannot be held accountable for any products that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Goods' Treatment:
While we understand the need to inspect the item for defects, goods should be returned in the same condition they were received. If goods are damaged or show signs of excessive wear beyond what's necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, you might be liable for the decrease in the product's value.
Please note: our primary reason for accepting returns is in cases of defects.
