Return Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. However, we understand that occasionally there may be issues or changes of mind regarding your order.

Return Window:
All return requests, whether for defective or non-defective items, must be initiated within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

Defective Goods:
If you believe you've received a defective product, please email us at returns@bleep.se within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the defect.

Return shipping costs for defective items will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using registered and tracked mail to ensure the item arrives safely in its original condition. Upon our inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will refund the cost of the item and the original delivery charges.

Please note that if goods are returned without the appropriate tracking and suffer loss or damage, customers may be held liable.

Non-Defective Returns:
We also accept returns for non-defective items, provided they are requested within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs for non-defective items will be the responsibility of the customer. If your order is returned because it was not picked up or you were unavailable to receive it, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the return. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item (whether defective or non-defective), your refund will be processed without undue delay, and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned goods. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it might take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Goods' Treatment:
Goods should be returned in the same condition they were received. If items are damaged or show signs of excessive wear beyond what's necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may be held liable for a reduction in the item's value.

Please note: Our primary reason for accepting returns is in cases of defects. For non-defective returns, the refund will be adjusted to account for shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
